Mr Max Pohlmann was awarded second place for his outstanding master’s thesis at the Schaeffler FAG Foundation’s award ceremony. His thesis, entitled “Investigation and Simulation of Electrical Discharge Elements in Electric Motors”, was conducted in cooperation between the KTmfk – Chair of Engineering Design at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and Schaeffler under the supervision of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Sandro Wartzack.
The award recognises the high scientific quality of the thesis and its practical contribution to the further development of electric drive systems. The Chair warmly congratulates Mr Pohlmann on this achievement and wishes him all the best for his future career and personal life.
