Several students from the Maschinenelemente (machine elements) course had the opportunity to visit Schaeffler in Herzogenaurach. The program included an introduction to the company, a tour of the Motion Hub, and a factory tour. This allowed the students to see products and machine elements, as well as production and assembly processes they had previously studied in theory, in real-world industrial applications. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Schaeffler, especially the Bearings Division, for making this visit possible and for organizing it!
