For the 2026 retreat, the KTmfk – Chair of Engineering Design at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg once again headed to the Seminarzentrum Riederau at Lake Ammersee. This year, the focus was on further developing our pitching and presentation skills as well as working on new research approaches and project ideas. Valuable input was provided by ZOLLHOF – Tech Incubator.
Alongside intensive workshops and brainstorming sessions, there was also plenty of room for personal exchange. Shared evenings with bowling, table tennis and billiards created an open and creative atmosphere. Afterwards, in a private setting, the time was rounded off with a sledding challenge and skiing at Wilder Kaiser.
The retreat was therefore not only professionally enriching, but also a valuable contribution to team spirit at the chair.
