Strategy Meeting 2023 of KTmfk in Riederau
This year’s strategy meeting of the KTmfk took place from September 19 to 22 in Riederau at the Ammersee. The first days were devoted to the organization of the department, the handover of tasks and the review of goals, as well as the identification and development of new research projects. In small groups, numerous promising project ideas were developed on which the KTmfk will research in the future. At the end of the strategy meeting, a team training with Helmut Dorsch was on the agenda. During different tasks and exercises the team spirit of the team could be further strengthened. The great environment, the excellent conference center and the social evenings with cold drinks or table tennis made the strategy meeting a complete success.
